It's a relief when you can deal with someone very straight, highly competent, and who does exactly what they say they're going to do. We bashed our garage door, then had to fix is, then decided to improve it. If you have garage door problems, these are the guys to call. Great service, prompt, and very reasonable on price. We called two big companies to repair our garage doors: one couldn't answer basic questions, and the other came out, took measurements, and then I had to call him twice to get a price. We went weeks without a garage door waiting for yahoos. I eventually called this garage door company based on these reviews, and John came out. He installed a new garage door opener which worked incredibly well; he even programmed my car to open the door. We then ordered a new garage door to replace our 40-year old wooden, double, oddly shaped door. He and Steven came out and did a great job installing the door. These guys are awesome: knowledgeable, reliable, thorough and friendly. Highly recommended. more

I had an issue with my garage door not closing properly all the time. I called Steven and he said he was out of town so he would have one of his workers call me later in the day. Julio later called me and we arranged a meeting where he diagnosed my garage door sensors as the main issue. We then arranged to have the door fixed the next morning. The next morning came and nobody showed up. After some attempts to call Julio, I then called Steven who apologized for the mix up and offered to come later that day. Steven then came later that day and did a complete checkup on my system top to bottom, educating me about the system and potential future issues. He adjusted my motor, springs, lubricated the door, adjusted the door to make sure it was at the right height, etc. He was very patient with my questions and even used my broom to clear the area. When the sensors he had bought did not function correctly, he pulled some used ones from his truck and gave those to me free of charge. Overall he spent quite a bit of time (almost 2 hours) making sure everything was done correctly and only charged a reasonable rate for just the service (parts free). I'm not giving him 5 stars since everything did not go smoothly but 4 stars since he did everything in his power to make sure things were done right before getting paid. more

Highly recommend. Doron worked on my garage door two years ago and I was impressed. It was still working but a cable was hanging down all of a sudden so I gave this garage door company a call. They came out within two days, told me exactly what time to expect them and showed up when they said! Doron looked at it and said a cable had simply come unhooked. He checked out the whole system since he was there and fixed the light (which had stopped working). No charge since I was a repeat customer and the fix was so small, I certainly wasn't expecting that! I won't use anyone else. On my first service call Steven installed a keypad opener and fixed a broken cable/spring and replaced the round doo-dahs that run on the track. He recommended I not replace my garage doors (after another company said they needed to be replaced which would have been uber expensive). I first called this garage door company based on all the positive reviews, I wasn't disappointed. Honest, Fair and Super Competent...couldn't ask for anything better. more
