The street coming in is beautiful, but it took forever to even get in our apartment. After finally getting the keys the troubles just seemed to grow. We had disturbing neighbors, some who let their dogs run out unattended, staying up all hours of the nights partying and littering and nothing was ever done about it. We had dumpster divers everyday, sometimes multiples in one day. The guys who would cut the plants came early and were extremely loud. Guys who cut the palm trees threw all of the leaves on and around our patio, even breaking one of my flower pots. We had a water stain our ceiling from where the bathtub leaked, drawers were always falling off, the screens in the windows never stayed on, the closet never on track. This place is very worn down and old. We had one very active maintenance guy for awhile, but after he left we never received a monthly service notice, or were ever offered any assistance and even though we requested to be informed before maintenance came to do repairs (due to our pets) they always came unannounced. Finally we bought a house and moved on, we did have some personal pet damage to our apartment, but when we called to see how the walk through went and get a report, they were very rude about informing us. I expected not to get the deposit back due to the pet damage to the carpet, but they could have been more professional about the way they said it to me, instead they were rude and gave me a hard time about it. I never once failed to pay rent, never paid it late. The least I expected was a ""thank you"", but I guess that's too much to ask for a place like this. I did not enjoy my time at the Arbors, which was so disappointing because this was my first apartment and I was very excited when touring and seeing the beautiful street with trees.
