So, as a student and full time intern, I need things in a hurry and I need them done correctly. Especially when I pay outrageous prices for the service. Not only did the mail center charge WAY too much for their services, they didn't do it on time and they did it incorrectly. I only stayed and used their services because I was in a time crunch. I've lived near this mail center for the last 31 years and after my first time using it, I will NEVER go back. I would rather use the post office or kinkos. Terrible service. No apology. Even though the owner was sitting right there after I had to return after hours to fix THEIR mistake. SO upsetting. more

Excellent facility 10/20/2008

I love using this facility to send packages. You can choose among different shipping companies and methods. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful -- I love how they have cookies at Christmastime. more

The post office alternative 5/26/2008

This is a great alternative to waiting in line at the post office. They can usually take care of any of your mailing/shipping needs. The staff are helpful and recommend the best way to ship your item. more

Great Service 5/26/2008

I love this mail center as they aren't ever super busy when I go but I know they do a lot of business. If the post office which is next door is busy I always stop by here to mail my packages. I get a tracking # which is always helpful. They are really nice and helpful and they hire young kids who are courteous so I appreciate that. more
