The appointment process for my urgent visit for a throat infection was amazingly friendly and convenient. My appointment was only two hours after I called. The reception process, medical history and examination were completed within one-half hour. All of my questions were answered completely. The insurance verification was completed before my checkout, which was simple and efficient. Everyone was extremely friendly and thoughtful. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
