Took my van in because it was having trouble starting. I had the starter replaced at Midas yet it continued to have the problem. They said it was electrical and recommended AES look at it. AES indicated the problem was the ABS Computer. They installed a new one. Two days later, the van has the ORIGINAL problem, it won't start consistently. I politely went there the next day they were open and told them I was still having the problem. Dustin told me he would diagnose it at $50 for every 30 min. CHARGE ME to diagnose a problem I already paid $1,000 to FIX! I wasn't asking for a refund or even new parts and labor free. Just DIAGNOSE the problem it was and still is having. I told him so far I've spent $1,500 in a week between them and Midas and my van still won't start. I have no money left, in fact had to borrow money from my 12 year old for groceries. All I want is for them to diagnose the problem at no cost. Without even looking at me he said that wouldn't be fair. WHHHAATTTTTT!?!? Rude, and if they're not liars then at the very least they are not knowledgeable or fair. Either way, not people you want working on your vehicle.
