Prompt and Excellent service at a fair price- I agree, Mitch is the man. I received a few estimates from other companies but they kept saying it was going to cost over 200. I was starting to get worried until I called this company they came over a few hours later took a look at the door advised me to replace both springs but since I was on a tight budget they decided to help me out and get the lower grade springs for less than half the price. John Scott arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and diagnosed the best fix for my situation within five minutes. I agreed to the fix and he had it all done within a half an hour. This is an excellent company with highly trained reputable technicians. A five year warranty is not something you see very many of in today's businesses. These people are Olympic Gold quality. Call him on Monday morning and asked if he could look at my door as the spring had broke over the weekend. He was able to come in less than 30 minutes. When he arrived he quickly knew what had to be done. The original builder only put on one spring which is normal but I knew 2 are always better as this is not my first house. I also had a small bend in the top metal panel and needed a new metal guide. The best part I had called my friend who does this work in another state so I would know what fair pricing should be. To the best part he did not try to up sell any parts just fix what had to be done. His price was even better than expected and he was able to fix the bend and add 2 springs. I watched him do the work and he was quick and took care to be sure everything was adjusted correctly. If ever I need any other door work done he will be the first one I call. more
