First-time warranty work; door not being operational presented problem on the first service call late evening but a next A.M. second visit solved all the issues. Response time was excellent; both techs were very courteous. After problems the first evening getting the door operational, they returned the following morning and proceeded to dismantle the whole system, replace the springs (and relocate them), replace the drums and reinforce the bracket, all without cost to me (I had paid $495 in this year for an overhaul). They also extended my 10-year warranty. more

Service was friendly, professional, and prompt. He came within 30 minutes of my call; he diagnosed and repaired the problem immediately. He also gave good advice on how to maintain my garage door opener. I would highly recommend them. more

I called at noon on Friday; they were at my house at 10:00 on Saturday. Bill the service tech did not try to over-sell the job, but did what needed to be done quickly and well. This is the second time we have called this company garage door service, and we will definitely recommend them to others and use them again. more

I hit the garage door opener and heard a pop. Spring broke and spring and pulley were hanging down. Called this company as I had to get to work and couldn't close the garage door. At first they couldn't come until around 4:00 but when I explained the difficulty of my situation I received a call back ten minutes later that technicians would be on site within an hour. The technicians arrived on time and gave me the quick fix option and the preventive maintenance option (garage door was installed in 1993 and first time there was an issue). I opted for the preventive maintenance and they were in and out within an hour. Door working perfectly and has additional safety features now. Left the area without a trace that they were ever there....neat and clean. Recommend highly! more

I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door broke with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use this company Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own. I called this company garage door services and was promptly set up for an appointment. Technician called ahead, was a few minutes early, and exceeded expectations. I was told my garage door was messed up by a family handyman and technician had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. As a result of his efforts, I now have a garage door that runs smoothly and very quietly with no issues! Before he left, he made sure all questions and concerns were answered and even assisted in programming the remotes. Awesome job. more
