I purchased an ADT Pulse System that you see advertised after reading several reviews, both positive and negative. I had a great experience, the sales person was upfront and honest and laid out the expectations as to what and how the system would be installed, set a scheduled installation date around my hectic schedule and contacted me to inform me the name of the installer that would be installing our system. The technician, Manny Lopez I believe was his name, called the day before and reviewed what was to be installed and notified us as to the time frame that he would arrive. The system installation went flawless, they cleaned up after themselves and spent the time explaining ALL of the functions that system can do for us, (the sales person should have been better prepared in all of the uses of this system).. Now I can see my 12 year old daughter entering and leaving my home via video feed to my android phone as well as control the lighting, locks and temperature of my home.... Thanks ADT.... have had it for 3 months and have zero issues...... more

ADT SCAM...will cost you money and make them smile 11/28/2011

ADT installed a system for us that has never worked and constantly sends off false fire alarms that we are being billed for. ADT tells us that they will send someone out to fix the system and Never calls or show up . Their contracts are unconscionable in that their are very one sided. It is horrendous that ADT is allowed to prey on customers the way that they do. but if you stop to think about it, ADT has the best scam going on the market today. if you call the support number you are put on hold for hours, but your are still paying for there scam. more

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! 8/9/2011

This Houston company is a complete SCAM! We wanted to have an alrm system activated in our home. They came out..told us everything we wanted to hear..TOOK OUR CASH..and NEVER completed the work. I was lied to..hung up on by Mery Ortiz..and disrespected by their installer. DO NOT...DO NOT...DO NOT use this company! I had to go to corporate ADT to get our money back. Still waiting! more

Worst Customer Service EVER 1/11/2010

We had service installed on 4-17-09 at 11am. At 3:30pm the system went off. We worked with Tech Support for several hours but problem could not be resolved.Tech support could not diagnose so we decided to have service discontinued. ADT continued to take payments out of our checking account until Oct. We have made numerous phone calls about a refund and have yet to receive however, ADT is sorry for any inconvenience and it will be resolved in 14 days. These people should not be in business.. more

Their contracts are unconscionable in that their are very very one sided. Cons: MANY!!!!! more
