BEWARE 7/29/2009

WAS NOT TOLD THE TRUTH BEFORE SIGNING UP. NEXT DAY SALESMAN NO LONGER WORKED THERE..FINALLY GOT TO HIS MANAGER. BOB BLAKE COMPANION SERVICES. I SPOKE TO HIM A WEEK AGO MONDAY. HE PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY. NOW IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND A HALF. STILL HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK. I HAVE LEFT 3 MESSAGES EACH DAY ON HIS ANSWERING MACHINE (IT STATES HE IS OUT IN THE FIELD BUT WILL CALL BACK WITHIN 2 HOURS.) I'M STILL WAITING 9 DAYS NOW... BEWARE OF BEING LIED TO SO THEY CAN STICK IT TO YOU. Pros: I WISH I COULD NAME JUST 1 Cons: TERRIBLE...LIED TO....BY SALESMAN & HIS MANAGER more

Fast Installation 4/30/2007

Seamless process, pay for the best. Had ADT at 5 other locations with no problems. When I find something good, I always stick with it. I had problems in the past with shotty local dealers, but I have had nothing but good things to say, mainly due to a good salesperson. Pros: Fast Installation, Friendly Salesperson Cons: Nothing I can think of more
