Incident 5/3/2011

ADT has great customer service. One time, my alarm system tried to act up so we called ADT. They answered all our questions and helped us fix it. The person who helped us was with smiles and not grumpy unlike other company. more

Really helpful and effective 3/31/2011

ADT has been great to my family for over 7 years. We had one break-in within that time and ADT literally saved our lives. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companies its apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. more

There’s something in ADT’s home security system that is just great. The prices of their packages are so affordable and in a fair price. The customer service is nice and the product is just perfect for our security needs. I would suggest you to call ADT now and make that decision. more

My Security 2/26/2011

ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means. more

Safer and more savings 2/25/2011

Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security, but I was able to also reduce my homeowner’s insurance by over $200 per year. The installation was pretty painless and now I feel secure and save money all at the same time. more

My son told me that he was afraid when we first transfered in our new home, But when i called ADT for our alarm system, he now told me that he stay up all night playing without getting scared. more

Job well done 2/23/2011

I called up ADT and scheduled a free home security evaluation. The guy from ADT arrived earlier as scheduled. I was interested in having security cameras at home and he gave me a reasonable price for it. The next day, he came back bringing the cameras and he installed it with the home security system. He did a good job and he was telling me and my husband how the system works. more
