I recommend this system. I did not encounter so far false alarms with my home security system. I am with it for 2 years and I didn't encounter any problems.

Worst

They are not good. very expensive and the customer service is really bad. I have to cancel mine. I called once and all they have to say is we will check into it.

Fantastic and Clean job 12/2/2010

They did a fantastic and clean job installing our security cameras! After the installation they even cleaned the clutter. Plus the other guy kept on telling us how the system works, what to do in case it acts up, etc. What a hardworking team! Thanks! more

Settled 11/28/2010

The installer was fast, efficient and friendly. However throughout our service time we had numerous fire and sensor false alarms while we were at work and were charged for each one. They call the house or other contact number and when they get no answer they send fire/police, however, when the alarm system goes off it shuts off the phone line so of course no one is going to answer. $100 per false visit was unacceptable, but we had no desire to have bad credit either by not paying. We negotiated about it and it’s settled. more

I advise that if you don't have home security system in your homes, go get one from ADT. It might be you best friend at the end of the day. more
