I like ADT because they have helpful technicians, It gives me peace of mind and through ADT my homeowners insurance bill reduces by about 20 percent.

Trained me step by step 8/17/2011

ADT home security installed my alarm system in my new house. The installers were a pleasure to deal with! They listened to what I wanted and followed through with what they provided, they trained me step by step on how to use the system etc...They were very patient with me. This company offers great service and masters at what they do! I would definitely recommend them to all my contacts because they are good and have fantastic customer service and made me feel extremely satisfied and safe. more

ADT dealer 5/14/2011

My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. more

Portable and easy installation 4/12/2011

The system is easily self-installed, so no holes in walls, no invasion into your home by others during install, no mess, etc. Also, the system is easily portable if you move. And even though it's an all-in-one solution, you can hide it out of the way and use remote keypads with it, which gives the system I have a very professional polish (the control panel I just hide out of the way). more

This is a life saver! 4/1/2011

ADT's critical conditions system saved my daughter’s life! My daughter was home alone and left some dinner heating in the oven. The heat from the system triggered the alarm to go off and within minutes a fire truck was on its way to our house. more

ADT!! 3/3/2011

I have experience with 3 alarm companies so far. The first 2 were two local companies and the third one was a big shot in Canada. I lost my faith in security companies. I had a huge loss of money and time. ADT is the only company who could help me out with my security more

Home Evaluation 2/24/2011

I called up ADT and scheduled a free home security evaluation. The guy from ADT arrived earlier as scheduled. I was interested in having alarm system and security cameras at home and he gave me a reasonable price for it. The next day, he came back bringing the cameras and he installed it with the home security system. He did a good job and he was telling me and my husband how the system works and stuff. Good guy! more

I am very much pleased with my 2 security cameras. It has been with my family for almost 3 years and ever since the installation, it didn't let us down. It really helped me track my kids if they're really home while i'm at work. more

Suitability and Affordability 2/13/2011
