I had a service failure on 6/18 following a thunderstorm. The phone line went on the blink together with ADT. Received no call from ADT monitoring service on my (cell) phone or any other. Called Verizon. Verizon tech came by and fixed his end of things and advised that the phone line will not work until ADT sort out their controller. Called ADT. Promised to come on 6/21. Close to 5 pm on 6/21 got a call from ADT advising that ADT tech cannot show up on 6/21. Settle for 6/22 between 10-12noon. No show. After several calls, ADT tech comes by in the afternoon, pokes around a bit and declares that he does not have the time to fix it on that day. His colleague from ADT calls and promises to send an ADT tech on 6/24 at 8am to fix everything. No show. No call. I call on Monday, 6/27. Call center / dispatch center put me on to the center manager - Ms Tamara Henchen. She promises to get to the bottom of this and get back to me by close of play on 6/27. No call. So I call back & leave a voice mail. She calls back and tells me that she will get back on 6/28. It is noon time on 6/28 and I am still trying to get a real appointment from ADT for a service failure that occurred on 6/18.
