few false alarms 5/4/2013

I have ADT for three years now and I good with its services. Sometimes there are false alarms but ADT is great in providing its services to its customers. Their outstanding customer service + fair & honest pricing: They answer quickly, they don't try to push unnecessary product, and they are transparent in ALL their pricing, from contracts to sensors. more

ADT is a combination of quality, Security, and Affordability. It can be tailored to our specific needs, preferences and specifications. I think the system is excellent and it’s the best surveillance setup for the money. Finding a quality monitoring system for your home is not an easy task as there are so many options. more

The sales person never showed for the scheduled system installation. nobody called, and it was very hard for me to get in touch with him. He did not answer his phone nor his email.I found out later, the salesperson took a week of a well deserve vacation and left me hanging. I finally got the system installed, it's been 5 months still don't know how to operate my cameras, I made a few phones call and answered surveys and still haven't gotten any help. more

I wish i would have thought about home security before i got robbed. Though its late, I still have to get ADT service not because I have to but to make sure that burglary will not happen again. It is good that I wasn't hurt. more

ADT is amazing 4/4/2013

This company is amazing and very useful. They have great prices and friendly staff. A lot of customers are recommending ADT. This is the best security system for everybody. Always good service and when there are some faults, they see to it that they get to fix it on time. This is different from other security systems. I am glad I have ADT. more

I am safe with ADT 2/2/2012

I love the technology of their system. easy to use and reliable. The price? It's reasonable but not expensive, and I got my homeowner's insurance bill lower, and they also gave me extra stuffs. Feel safe? with ADT, I am safe, my house is safe, my whole family is safe, my property is safe. more

Most reputable home security businesses such as monitored ADT Alarms offer a variety of security packages, and you'll probably find one that fits your budget. Look for reasonable pricing instead of the lowest price. more

I have been with ADT home security for the past three years. I was referred to them by my architect. Fortunately, I didn’t have to regret that decision. From the time of installation, the work was very neat and professional. They are also very quick in responding to the alarms. They have been quite reliable and that’s what you want from your alarm company. more

Good News 5/14/2011

ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means. more

Simple but Effective 4/1/2011

It’s a simple security system but a little expensive compared to the other home alarm providers. It’s a very standard alarm system that covers the basics: i.e. a keypad, window and door sensors and motion detectors. The motion detector doesn’t work too well with Pets, so the false alarms are a bit high. more

Best experience 2/18/2011

I have experience with 3 alarm companies so far. The first 2 were two local companies and the third one was a big shot in Canada. I lost my faith in security companies. I had a huge loss of money and time. ADT is the only company who could help me out with my security more
