It is amazing how I use my iPhone and watch the video from outside of my home! It is truly amazing! And the quality of the video is HD as well! Wow!

Worst

The only way I could get ADT's malfunctioning equipment to stop tripping the alarm and siren was to completely unplug the whole console in my basement. In barely one hour, ADT man...

Installation errors...had to come out 3 times before they got it right. Cost me $102. 85 Service really bad. Said they would come between 3 & 5 on Wed. called about 4:00 could not come that day would be Mon. Yes they are cheap....real CHEAP more

I trust ADT home security system so much. I have been with this company for 2 years and the service I am receiving is wonderful. Whenever I call them and ask about my system, they answer with respect. For their costumer service, I would give them 5 stars. more

The best Security and Protection 12/6/2010

I just wanted to thank you guys for sending Police to protect my daughter. I purchased your system 2 years ago and last week when my 9 year old daughter was home alone during the day time. She saw a guy trying to break-in from our patio door. My daughter got scared and ran towards the keypad. She pressed the Police panic button on the keypad. Siren went off and intruder left without entering my house. ADT sent Police and Police arrived in 3 minutes. ADT also notified me at my work. I got home after 20 minutes and when I arrived at my home, I saw Police officer were waiting for me. I thank you so much for quickly sending Police to protect my daughter. more

Doing Good 12/2/2010

I'm currently running a small business right now and I want to see how my employees are doing while I'm away. Fortunately, as what I've observed from the security cameras to my laptop, they are doing good. Really. Thank you ADT! more

I recommend ADT to all of you 10/20/2010

I am a nurse and my shift is at night. I can’t concentrate on working sometimes because only my kids and husband are left at home. The people from ADT installed the home security system and since then, every time I go to the hospital, my mind would not wander anymore. Thank you ADT! more
