I was referred to an ADT salesman, who arrived and assessing the situation, came up with an affordable plan for me. I signed an agreement for the plan, and the next day a technician arrived and installed the alarm. He then made sure I understood how to arm and disarm the system. I was also given easy to follow step-by-step instructions and a video. They do want to make sure you understand the system. They want to avoid 'false' alarms. more

stop crime with ADT 1/12/2012

I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what! more

I talked to a friend about ADT and we are happy to share the same sentiments about the company. When we checked our bills, they give us detailed report. When there are some problems, they fix it right away. more

ADT have more features like the digital keypad, the keychain remote access, the three point protection, high siren, and infrared interion motion detector. Unlike other companies, ADT offer affordable upgrades for these. more

Scared the thieves 1/7/2011

I have had ADT monitored since I purchased my home 7 years ago. It was professionally installed.Yesterday house was broken into around 4:30 in the afternoon, the alarm went off, ADT called the house phone and also called me on my cell phone. They dispatched my local Toronto police. The thieves were scared off by the alarm or the quick response of the phone call from ADT and they left. more
