They have the worst customer service. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them setting up an appointment. I had been a previous customer but they wanted to open a new account so they could charge more. Then, at the appointment time, they refused to install the system since I wasn't home, even though my husband, the property owner and the mortgage payer, was home. Of course they didn't mention on the 45 minute phone call that the person setting up the appointment had to be home, not a spouse.
They haven't bothered to call back, they don't need the business since they have a monopoly on home security. I am going with a family-owned local company now. Do some research about other companies and avoid this one!
