they got backup plan! 1/9/2012

I have had ADT home security for basic burglary prevention for about six months now. Installation was completed quickly, and my installer took the time teach me how to use the keypad. We haven’t had any issues with break-in attempts, but I definitely feel safer knowing that there’s a back-up plan in case someone does try to enter. more

I have had ADT monitored since I purchased my home 7 years ago. It was professionally installed.Yesterday house was broken into around 4:30 in the afternoon, the alarm went off, ADT called the house phone and also called me on my cell phone. more

ADT is different 10/21/2011

Always good service and when there are some faults, they see to it that they get to fix it on time. This company is different from other security systems. I am glad I have ADT. more

I looked for an ADT alarm system on the internet. I called and the system was installed the next day. The service was so fast, and Lacy worked with me to make me happy. Highly recommend!!!! Grade A Service more

updated equipment 9/25/2011

After watching the news about all the different mom and pop alarm company's in town here the obvious choice for me was ADT. Alot of these alarm company's didn't even have a license to sell alarms. That was disturbing. Also alot of them are using out dated equipment. ADT has been doing this for over 130 years so I think they know what they are doing by now. more
