Only if you have nowhere else to possibly go, should you EVER consider using ADT for security for your business. They are great at selling high cost, low budget equipment, and when it fails, they will always blame some uncontrollable factor such as a power surge (even though it's on a surge strip) or lightning (even though there's a lightning rod 6 inches from the equipment), just to get out of being held responsible.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST FROM ANY COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. The 800 number is worthless, in that the information they relay to the local office is ALWAYS (the last 11 times I've had to call in the past year) WRONG. The tech's almost ALWAYS (the last 10 times they've actually shown up) show up without the necessary equipment needed to complete a job & will have to reschedule which ALWAYS is at least another week, if not two.
The General Manager NEVER returns any of his own calls & has someone from the office, with no authority, do so, only to drag out any issues you may have even longer.
NEVER EVER deal with this company if you don't have to.
