The service technician, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and repaired my service in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend the ADT service for safety in your home. invest in ADT 1/18/2013

It is nice to know that there are a lot of people who are investing on security systems. Society is composed of different types of people. Among these are burglars and other types of thefts. Sometimes you ponder upon this matter. "Why do some people have to commit crimes?" Though the answers are already in front of our faces, it is indeed difficult to accept the reality. It is not easy to inspire these people to change their way of life. Therefore, the best way that we can do is to protect ourselves from them. more

I don’t think that ADT home alarm systems should be Included in this list at all. They are more of a marketing company than Home security provider. I installed ADT home monitoring system after falling for the promises made by their representatives . They were really quick on Installation the device but after that came the real problems. more

much safer 12/9/2012

At first, I was hesitant to get an alarm system, but after our next door neighbor had their house burglarized while on vacation, we are so glad we got ADT. I go to bed every night knowing my family is that much safer. Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security, but I was able to also reduce my homeowner’s insurance by over $200 per year. The installation was pretty painless and now I feel secure and save money all at the same time. more

Saved $1500 for the entire year. Where else can you get a good savings like this for a home security system? this makes ADT different from other alarm systems. Joan was very informative, proficient, and professional in explaining the ADT system. He did the job with precision and effectiveness. more

ADT is good but it does not meet my expectation. The prices are cheap but often times, I have false alarm which is not pleasing at all. I hope ADT will be able to look into this and make revisions in their system. more

There are no provisions provided by this company protecting the consumer from unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, placing them in a potentially damaging or threatening situation. The salesman without a doubt, misrepresented the company and lied to me about police/fire department response times, and the direct debit requirement. more
