worst customer service 3/10/2013

I did not even make through an entire billing cycle before I decided to cancel my service with ADT. First of all they lied about the price. When I called to clear this up I was transferred a total of 7 times before reaching the correct department. Basically nobody wanted to do their job. When I addressed the problem they refused to admit fault for their forgetting to mention the additional fees. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. more

triggered the heat alarm 3/7/2013

ADT's critical conditions system saved my daughter’s life! My daughter was home alone and left some dinner heating in the oven. The heat from the system triggered the alarm to go off and within minutes a fire truck was on its way to our house. more

good service and products 3/3/2013

There was one time that I had a false alarm at home. Even if I was just a false alarm I can really tell that help will surely come on time because ADT was able to transmit the alarm to the police and send them to my place. So now I know that ADT really works. Many should start using ADT now because they are the only company that will give the best service and products that other companies do not have. more

ADT is good but it does not meet my expectation. The prices are cheap but often times, I have false alarm which is not pleasing at all. I hope ADT will be able to look into this and make revisions in their system. more

ADT is the right one! 2/24/2013

I purchased a medical alert system after my mother fell a few months ago and it saved her life. I couldn’t be happier with the company we chose or the promptness of their response. I think every parent and grandparent living alone should have one of these and ADT is the right one! more

very impressed! 2/23/2013

We moved into an apartment that already had an ADT alarm. When the technician came out to reactivate the system, he only had to make minor adjustments to the positions of certain sensors even though the system had been dormant for 5 years (the tenant before us hadn't used it). I was really impressed that the system was still in great shape even so many years later! more
