If you opt for the police responce (monitored system) then you may be eligable for a discount from your insursnce company when the monitoring is set up an admin fee is payable to the local police force of £45. If a maintence contract is taken out when the alarm is fitten then you will get one routine maintence visit a year if the alarm is audible only (bells only) and two routine maintence visits a year if the system is monitored. although on some of the newer systems the one of the routine maintence's on the moinitored system is done remotely by a computer. To sum up if your looking for an excellent alarm fitted by well quilified engineers then look no further than ADT. more

At first, I was hesitant to get an alarm system, but after our next door neighbor had their house burglarized while on vacation, we are so glad we got ADT. I go to bed every night knowing my family is that much safer. Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security, but I was able to also reduce my homeowner’s insurance by over $200 per year. The installation was pretty painless and now I feel secure and save money all at the same time. more

cancellation fees 12/9/2012

I had 2 burglary happen within 12 days of each other, I had 3 technicians from ADT come to check my monitoring systems in between and when I needed ADT to be responsive, they didn't even bother to call the police. When I wanted to cancel my account I was told I had to pay $1000 in cancellation fees. They've got to be kidding! more

ADT is my choice 11/4/2012

My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. more

My experience for ADT system was very pleasant. Last week I started shopping around for my home security system and found out that every company was trying to charge quite a bit money for the wireless system. more

Wonderful professional service. The technician was quick and efficient in installing our new alarm and he didn't leave until I felt I knew how to operate it. He also said if I ever felt I needed help with operating it I just had to call and he would come. more

Called the ADT dealer and had my appointment set right away. I look forward to having the system put into my home so that i can work on other home improvements. With this dealer i never have to worry. The appointment is scheduled and he called to make sure i would be there for the installer to come. more

The siren on your ADT monitored home security system is loud enough to help scare intruders away and help notify you of an emergency. And this is very useful and recommended especially to businessmen!! Your alarm system comes with a yard sign and window decals to let potential intruders know that your home or apartment is protected by ADT Security Services. more

So many things I like to say about ADT. This is the best company, the very reliable one, and when it comes to the cost, it will really suit in anybody's budget. Make things safe for your business and family with ADT. I just got the system yesterday and so far its doing good. When they installed it, they were on time and the explanation on how it works was very simple. more

Now you can try a different service, you pay more, or even save a couple bucks, but what you won’t get is the reputation that ADT brings to your security. What you won’t get is the years of expertise that their monitor techs bring to the table. But most of all, you want rest at night with the peace of mind knowing you have the very best home security team and system monitoring you and your family’s safety all day, everyday. more

This is good savings! The prices are reasonable -- and ADT service is excellent. I dont know why other subscribers are having problems with this company. But as far as I know, they have done well in terms of protecting my property. more
