After watching the news about all the different mom and pop alarm company's in town here the obvious choice for me was ADT. Alot of these alarm company's didn't even have a licen...

Worst

If there is an Issue with the device and if you try to contact them you can never get hold of them to come and see what the problem is..And the worst part is that they are filled ...

The technician was equally as professional. He had the system installed in a couple of hours while showing the utmost respect for our home. He then stayed another hour to thoroughly go over how it works. more

130 years! its proven effective 10/28/2012

After watching the news about all the different mom and pop alarm company's in town here the obvious choice for me was ADT. Alot of these alarm company's didn't even have a license to sell alarms. That was disturbing. Also alot of them are using out dated equipment. ADT has been doing this for over 130 years so I think they know what they are doing by now. more

hidden charges 10/13/2012

If there is an Issue with the device and if you try to contact them you can never get hold of them to come and see what the problem is..And the worst part is that they are filled with hidden charges..Do not waste you money with ADT. more

We are very happy to the services of ADT. Their technicians are very helpful and professional. Their customer agents are very polite and made sure to answer our questions. They also offer affordable upgrades. And we can all sleep well at night because I got ADT for my home. I also installed one for my cafe. Even if we stay out of town, we always feel good about our place because of our alarm system. more

I had a really good experience with this company. This dealer is very professional and is very knowledgable. He took the time to go through the product and services and made sure I understand and comfortable with the purchase. He made great recommendations that saved us money. The installer was also very nice and professional. He came out to the house to install it next day. Great customer service! more
