a lot safer with ADT 1/18/2013

There are a number of alarm triggers with ADT like the Smoke detector, Carbon monoxide detector, Burglar alarm, and the Key pad can be used to summon medical aid, fire brigade or police. The cost of the service is £25 per month which includes regular and emergency maintenance. Standard contract seems to be 36 months. We feel a lot safer and are very happy with the arrangement. more

great experience 12/30/2012

I have experience with 3 alarm companies so far. The first 2 were two local companies and the third one was a big shot in Canada. I lost my faith in security companies. I had a huge loss of money and time. ADT is the only company who could help me out with my security. more

did honor the guarantee 12/9/2012

The company also refuses to honour it's guarantee that if you are unsatisfied within 6 months, they will refund your money. They won't refund your money unless there is an actual malfunction in the alarm that can't be fixed. Unfortunately, some things can't be fixed, like the way they treat their customers. If you cancel a contract with any other company, they will charge you a fee of a few hundred dollars. more

I wish i would have thought about home security before i got robbed. Though its late, I still have to get ADT service not because I have to but to make sure that burglary will not happen again. It is good that I wasn't hurt. more

I can honestly say that I am proud to be an ADT customer and I have been more than satisfied with all of the interactions I have had with your employees in the past week from your telephone customer service representatives who explained your services and took my order to the nice young man from Modesto who did my installation yesterday at my home to my email contact with you today. quick service 10/26/2012

I have had ADT for many years and always get a fast response when the smoke detector goes off or if I change batteries in the sensors. We have pets and feel comfortable knowing that if a fire started, there would be an instant response. I always feel safe at home especially during night tim. ADT keeps me safe always. more

You should look for a home security system that's within your budget, but don’t cheat yourself out of having a dependable system. The lowest cost security system may also give you the lowest level of protection. Choose a security company with a good reputation for excellent customer service, quality equipment, and effective burglar alarm systems. more

dont follow the contract 10/13/2012

The contract is nothing. They do not even adhere to what they say in there and their equipment is the worst I have even seen. I thought my property was protected, but its not. You stop your bad service. You have to remember that we are also spending money to save our lives. more

This company is amazing and very useful. They have great prices and friendly staff. A lot of customers are recommending ADT. This is the best security system for everybody. Always good service and when there are some faults, they see to it that they get to fix it on time. This is different from other security systems. I am glad I have ADT. more

Sales Reps are important because some come with some aggressive pushy agenda and put you into a high price installation. Get someone that you can trust that will give it to you straight. If you are looking for home or office alarm system call this rep. This is the guy to call without a doubt. more
