I just got the system yesterday and so far its doing good. When they installed it, they were on time and the explanation on how it works was very simple and understandable--and most of all the price is very affordable. more

Fast CSR 4/5/2011

I never felt safe this way. It was only last month that I called them and I am very secure in my place. whenever i have problems, their CSR is really fast in attending my needs. more

130 years 3/31/2011

After watching the news about all the different mom and pop alarm company's in town here the obvious choice for me was ADT. Alot of these alarm company's didn't even have a license to sell alarms. That was disturbing. Also alot of them are using out dated equipment. ADT has been doing this for over 130 years so I think they know what they are doing by now. more

Easy and Portable 3/2/2011

The system is easily self-installed, so no holes in walls, no invasion into your home by others during install, no mess, etc. Also, the system is easily portable if you move. And even though it's an all-in-one solution, you can hide it out of the way and use remote keypads with it, which gives the system I have a very professional polish (the control panel I just hide out of the way). more

Trustworthy 3/1/2011

I am so happy that I made the switch to ADT home security. My previous provider was just eating up my money for fixes etc. With ADT so far, I didn’t encounter any problem. This really is trustworthy company. Been with ADT for almost 6 months. more
