The company and its staff’s record is impeccable and that is because they have proven continuously that if a burglary occurs that there is a live person their to immediately be certain the police is notified and on their way to protect you and your loved ones. more

strongly encourage to get ADT 1/18/2013

ADT has done a great job keeping me safe! When I got my first job and moved away from home, my parents “strongly encouraged” me to get a security system since I would be alone and didn’t know anyone in the neighborhood. I haven’t had any problems and I sleep better knowing that ADT is watching out for me. more

Sometimes people have to make choices and the best for a home security is ADT. I am a loyal customer for 5 years now and I agree that there are times that they fell short on their services. But what company does not faults anyway? there is none. ADT is very reliable and always fuctional. more

burglarized! 10/28/2012

My wife and I had ADT for 4 years, and no crime ever seemed to happen in our neighborhood so we considered canceling the service to save some money, but a neighbor told me that a house 2 streets over had gotten burglarized 2 months before when we were on vacation. They didn’t have any security system or signs in their yard so we decided to stick with ADT because they did what they were supposed to do – keep robbers out of our home! more

no refund till now 10/26/2012

I have had a monitored alarm for 10 yrs. Since ADT took over the contract they have taken payments twice - not refunded until they have been asked several times. They have made this particular error twice. They then cancelled my contract when I did not ask them to and despite at least 5 letters and 3 phone calls still have not reinstated it. Then asked me to pay £45 for the privilege when it was their error! more

He was very helpful and patience with answering all my questions. I first called to inquire about installing a system at our daughter's place and later ended up not only installing one at my daughter's place, but at our home as well. He made sure I was completely satisfied and gave me the best deal for our needs. more

When I worked nights I also installed a light timer that would turn lightson and off at certain intervals. But let me stress that if you can afford it, and it makes you feel secure, ADT is a worldwide company that will deliver peace of mind to you and yours. On the good side the window stickers and the lawn sign are worth their weight in gold! The signs and stickers that advertise that your property is monitored and protected by ADT, are often stolen and sold. The advertisement is worth more than the monitoring fee. I diplay mine from the inside. I don't have the monitoring, but I feel secure knowing my dog is safe! more
