Another big advantage of ADT is the bell box which is instantly recgonisble as a well known company and act's as an excellent deterant. The prices for a system are not as expensive as people think depending on the kind of system that you opt for naturally radio systems can be more expensive but are much tidier and easier to fit than hard wired system and new battery technology means the batteries in the detectors only need changing every few years unlike systems of old that needed changing about every year. more

ADT's critical conditions system saved my daughter’s life! My daughter was home alone and left some dinner heating in the oven. The heat from the system triggered the alarm to go off and within minutes a fire truck was on its way to our house. more

ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companys it's apple and oranges. more

terrible! 10/13/2012

I was just starting to review different companies and I would call back if I was interested in purchasing their system. The gentlemen told me that I really needed to sign up that day and charge a refundable down payment of $100. I told him I wasn't comfortable making a decision that fast. He badgered me and badgered me to "sign up today!!" or I would miss out. I ended the conversation. Then for the next FIVE DAYS, including a weekend and Mother's Day, they called and left a message. Five days in a row. Very disappointed in their tactics because they sounded like they had a great system. However, if I don't return a phone call after two messages, why would I after five of them. Terrible!!! more

Make no bones about it, you need the security ADT can offer and you only risk your property and your personal safety be procrastinating on getting your alarm system set up immediately. An ADT monitoring service has to be the most important investment you can make to protect your property, you and of course your loved ones. more

ADT you are the best! Thank you. No one would think bad with ADT because they are the best in this business. Thanks a lot of taking care of my new home. And my son told me that he was afraid when we first transfered in our new home, But when i called ADT for our alarm system, he now told me that he stay up all night playing without getting scared. more
