got all advantages 10/28/2012

Another big advantage of ADT is the bell box which is instantly recgonisble as a well known company and act's as an excellent deterant. The prices for a system are not as expensive as pepole think depending on the kind of system that you opt for natuarally radio systems can be more expensive but are much tidier and easier to fit than hard wired system and new battery technology means the batteries in the detectors only need changing every few years unlike systems of old that needed changing about every year. more

taken payments twice 10/13/2012

I have had a monitored alarm for 10 yrs. Since ADT took over the contract they have taken payments twice - not refunded until they have been asked several times. They have made this particular error twice. They then cancelled my contract when I did not ask them to and despite at least 5 letters and 3 phone calls still have not reinstated it. Then asked me to pay £45 for the privilege when it was their error! more

I have to say I was surprised by all the negative reviews of ADT service. I have been with the company for about 6 years, 5 years at our prior home, and 5 years at our home before that, and have always had very good service. Our system was already installed when we moved in and we had it upgraded a year later with additional door sensors to cover every possible opening. It actually works too well sometimes because we have accidentally tripped it a number of times. more

I can honestly say that I am proud to be an ADT customer and I have been more than satisfied with all of the interactions I have had with your employees in the past week from your telephone customer service representatives who explained your services and took my order to the nice young man from Modesto who did my installation yesterday at my home to my email contact with you today. Keep up the great work and Go ADT. more
