I never felt safe this way. It was only last month that I called them and I am very secure in my place. whenever i have problems, their CSR is really fast in attending my needs. Please try ADT. I recommend it to you. they are great and amazing people, they will take care of you place. The system is 100% effective. more

I have had ADT home security for basic burglary prevention for about six months now. Installation was completed quickly, and my installer took the time teach me how to use the keypad. We haven’t had any issues with break-in attempts, but I definitely feel safer knowing that there’s a back-up plan in case someone does try to enter. more

This is a greedy company with terrible customer service. In the door they went up $2-$4 dollars on your monthly bill and the rep told me I was lucky as if they are the company that exist. Be- ware they lock your alarm units so that no other company can monitor them. more

ADT has been the most valuable investment I've made for my family. I cannot just take for granted the safety of my family's safety, This is a good investment,, really. You should get one for your family. This is good for every home in the US. My daughter is no longer scared to sleep in her room knowing that ADT is keeping her safe. more

Wonderful professional service. The technician was quick and efficient in installing our new alarm and he didn't leave until I felt I knew how to operate it. He also said if I ever felt I needed help with operating it I just had to call and he would come. more

They are good but sometimes they tend to forget their obligations. Like I had to call them several times to repair my system and it took them a week to come to my place. It something happened during that week, I am totally in danger. more

I've been using ADT for the past few years and have great experiences from Day 1. Since this particular location is the closest to my home, I assume that this are the location that provides me with my service. When I decided to move from Humble to the downtown area, I also chose to move my ADT service with me. I am also a member of USAA (discount!) and they have some specials for moving. I was able to get in touch with a new tech and get everything worked out over the phone. By the time moving day came, I was able to easily transfer my service over to my new home without delay. I feel safer because of ADT. more

Nice to have ADT 9/29/2012

It is nice to know that there are a lot of people who are investing on security systems. Society is composed of different types of people. Among these are burglars and other types of thefts. Sometimes you ponder upon this matter. "Why do some people have to commit crimes?" Though the answers are already in front of our faces, it is indeed difficult to accept the reality. It is not easy to inspire these people to change their way of life. Therefore, the best way that we can do is to protect ourselves from them. more

Answered all of my questions in a friendly manner. Very knowledgeable representative. 5 Stars! The service rep was knowledgeable about the alarm system and had the current status of the problem. more
