No Regrets! 12/22/2010

Absolutely no regrets with ADT systems. I'm very happy with the carbon monoxide detector. I've always been worried about it, because it's odorless and colorless. How on earth are we to detect that without ADT? Their systems are really amazing. Can't imagine my home without it. more

ADT is really helpful 12/4/2010

ADT's critical conditions system saved my daughter’s life! My daughter was home alone and left some dinner heating in the oven. The heat from the system triggered the alarm to go off and within minutes a fire truck was on its way to our house. more

finished in 2 hours 12/3/2010

I thought the installation of my security cameras would take the entire morning but the installer only finished it in 2 hours! He was so quick yet I did not see any octopus wires. He even cleaned the clutter after. Great installer! more

Self installation 11/30/2010

The system is easily self-installed, so no holes in walls, no invasion into your home by others during install, no mess, etc. Also, the system is easily portable if you move. And even though it's an all-in-one solution, you can hide it out of the way and use remote keypads with it, which gives the system I have a very professional polish (the control panel I just hide out of the way). more

After reading reviews about ADT, I was impressed that good reviews outgrew the bad reviews and that made me decide to subscribe to ADT home security. The installation was quick and didn't ask for additional payment for the installation. The system works fine and I currently am into it. more

Friendly on the Phone 11/9/2010

ADT really surprised me. They messed up my first bill, but when I called, they immediately made the correction and were very apologetic. You don't normally see that when you call other places. more
