I talked to a friend earlier this week and I am so glad to know that she had called ADT for the installation of her home security. She said their neighborhood is safe but she does not know when these bad people break in. So she decided to get ADT simply because they are best. more

always courteous and nice 5/1/2011

I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what! more

We have now 2 products from ADT, home security system and the personal emergency response system. We find it so helpful especially that my parents are left alone at home when I am away working. more

Excellent 4/25/2011

Our experience with our alarm system is so far excellent. It did not act up since the installation 2 years ago. What’s good is that it did not give us false alarms. more

The installer was a good person. He taught us how to use the home security system. And in case false alarms would occur, he taught us what to do when that time would come. more

The only choice! 4/11/2011

After watching the news about all the different mom and pop alarm company's in town here the obvious choice for me was ADT. Alot of these alarm company's didn't even have a license to sell alarms. That was disturbing. Also alot of them are using out dated equipment. ADT has been doing this for over 130 years so I think they know what they are doing by now. more
