Unlike security alarms offered by other companies, ADT's home security systems are backed by 24 hour monitoring. Most home security systems offer you protection, but the delay in getting adequate help to you can often take too long. It's not enough for your home security system to protect you. What you need is the help after the alarm signal has been sent. more

lousy response 3/7/2013

Appalling service from ADT Security System . Lousy response to call-outs. Constantly having engineers out for find non-existant faults. Four hour wait for engineer to arrive. System keeps glitching. I will be doing everything to get rid of them from my premises and will never use them again. more

tested and proven 3/3/2013

Hey,, I just want to leave something for ADT. This company is servicing a lot of customers yet they are still able to meet the needs of each!. Their systems has lesser faults compared to other companies. I asked my friends what security company should I get for my business. I thought of something else but they all suggested ADT. I asked them why,, they told me -- the have been in the business for more than 100 years.Proven and tested. more

Our installer was very professional and answered all our questions. The installation literally took about 1 hour to complete and was completely seamless. I now highly recommend ADT to all my friends and neighbors. more

big savings 2/24/2013

At first, I was hesitant to get an alarm system, but after our next door neighbor had their house burglarized while on vacation, we are so glad we got ADT. I go to bed every night knowing my family is that much safer. Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security, but I was able to also reduce my homeowner’s insurance by over $200 per year. The installation was pretty painless and now I feel secure and save money all at the same time. more
