We recently had an alarm system installed by ADT and the service has been so good that I decided to tell you about it. ADT seem to be a large well established company who have a lot of commercial business and are expanding into the domestic market. more

ADT is my choice 1/18/2013

I have experience with 3 alarm companies so far. The first 2 were two local companies and the third one was a big shot in Canada. I lost my faith in security companies. I had a huge loss of money and time. ADT is the only company who could help me out with my security. more

I switched! 12/9/2012

I switched to another company on Jan 9th, 2012 and when I called ADT to cancel, I was told there is a 30 day notice required (there is nothing in any of the paperwork I have that says a 30 day notice is required). I got a letter dated Jan 18th that said I would get a final bill. The bill came on Feb 24th and was for $77 for service up to Mar 14. I called and complained about this and they cut it back to $44.82. Watch this company if you have service with them and if you don't please stay away from them. No one should have to pay $44 just to stop service on anything. more

I despise ADT 12/9/2012

My entire community has ADT hardware installed in our homes. I have never come across a more ridiculous scenario!! I have to spend close to $200 to have the system looked at, and all I need is a door. You sell the product but not the part, and if you do you charge an unfair amount... I despise your company and the treatment I've received! I will FOREVER tell this story to everyone interested in your services! more

I wish i would have thought about home security before i got robbed. Though its late, I still have to get ADT service not because I have to but to make sure that burglary will not happen again. It is good that I wasn't hurt. more

lots of discounts for members 10/26/2012

I've been using ADT for the past few years and have great experiences from Day 1. Since this particular location is the closest to my home, I assume that this are the location that provides me with my service. When I decided to move from Humble to the downtown area, I also chose to move my ADT service with me. I am also a member of USAA (discount!) and they have some specials for moving. I was able to get in touch with a new tech and get everything worked out over the phone. By the time moving day came, I was able to easily transfer my service over to my new home without delay. I feel safer because of ADT. more

I want to commend ADT for their homes service and effective security system. This is highly recommended esp. to those people who travel a lot. If only I can write here all the great things about ADT, I will. I am very loyal to this company. I am customer for a very long time now and they never failed me. more

This is a greedy company with terrible customer service. In the door they went up $2-$4 dollars on your monthly bill and the rep told me I was lucky as if they are the company that exist. Be- ware they lock your alarm units so that no other company can monitor them. more

commercial and residential safety 10/7/2012

If you need security, you call ADT. They are the expert on this esp. on residental and commercial areas. Its been a century that this business runs and with that very long reputation, there is nothing I can ask for. ADT is sensitive too. They have the most sensitive wireless detectors. The slight movement of my dog entering the house from by back triggers the alarm at night that is why have to transfer his bed inside the house. more

My experience for ADT system was very pleasant. Last week I started shopping around for my home security system and found out that every company was trying to charge quite a bit money for the wireless system. more
