I had the same experience as mentioned below. On Time, professional, and very kind. He explained different options like all the other reviews mentioned, we decided on something and it was in 2 days later. I was hesitant to contact this dealer seeing as i live in santa monica and his office is in west hills, but he came out the same day. I called because of the reviews and i am satisfied with the service. I would recommend him to other people who need home security more

ADT monitors practically everything 4/14/2011

They also monitor over 200 airports, many goverment institutes including the Federal Marshals and has recently made a deal with ALL federal judges (most judges make good decisions that's what they get paid for). I don't work for ADT, I just do alot of research and not look at a few bad instances in which some are waaaay out there. I have been a customer for over 10 years and when it comes to protecting my family I only want the best and nothing more, they are #1 for a reason. more

Combination of Everything 4/5/2011

ADT is a combination of quality, Security, and Affordability. It can be tailored to our specific needs, preferences and specifications. I think the system is excellent and it’s the best surveillance setup for the money. Finding a quality monitoring system for your home is not an easy task as there are so many options. more

Helpful and Reliable 4/4/2011

If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companys it's apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. more

never a real problem 3/16/2011

I have experience with 3 home alarm companies so far. I lost my faith in security companies. I had a huge loss of money and time. ADT is the only company who could help me out with my security issues. They were with me through thick and thin. One thing I would like to state is their quality of systems. It’s going to be 2 years since we joined this company. There was never a real problem for the system. more

I didn't find a hard time. 3/12/2011

Their security cameras are so user friendly. I learned how to use them after the installer taught me. I did not find a hard time at all! Thank you ADT! more
