Service rep was knowledgeable about the alarm system and had the current status of the problem. This is definitely the number to use live person as soon as "0" was pressed. more

his I have make things clear about ADT. This is the biggest company when it comes to home security and they can be TRUSTED. They are very reliable and their prices are affordable. more

If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companys it's apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. more

ADT has been great to my family for over 7 years. We had one break-in within that time and ADT literally saved our lives. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companies its apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. more

Can't let go 4/6/2011

My parents have ADT Home Security System at home and they can’t just let go of it. It’s been with them for almost 7 years and no problem ever experienced. I believe ADT is a nice company for security systems. more
