You must be careful with this company. Especially when you sign the contract. They lie!!! They told me it will be a month-to-month and they put you on 5-year contract. The cancellation is 90% of remaining service charge. Go for some other company when you need security alarm!! more

My home owners insurance saved me 10% with this alarm system. I had it for over three and a half years and only had one problem. I was once called at work to go to my house because the alarm had sounded and the police were on their way. I had to drive over 15 kilometers in heavy traffic, and drove like a madman. When I arrived there were two police officers with guns drawn wanting me to open the door to my house. Needlesss to say we deduced that a burst of wind may have tossed the curtains, which set the movement sensors off. It made sense seeing there was no other explaination. A technician came to check the system and slapped me with a $80 bill, and did nothing! That's when I decided to drop the monitoring. My insurance went up, but it's still less than I paid for monitoring. If it makes one have peace of mind, then there is no price for security. I would highly reccomend it! more

Their System Is OK I guess, but they have a poor phone response time in case of a real emergency they had one of the lowest quotes and are well known that is the reason I am still going with this company. It worked couple of times but I wont recommend it to anyone more

I phoned around local installers but they could not match to price of the QuickConnect system from ADT. From booking to installation was four working days and installation took around 4 hours by ADT installers. Nice wireless keypad to control the alarm from anywhere in the house. The monitoring and servicing are included in the monthly price. more

The ADT service has been very accommodating to my home and prompt service has been given when the alarm system has sounded. ADT is a very valueable service to have for your safety. The service technician, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and repaired my service in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend the ADT service for safety in your home.
