I called for repair through CSR. They scheduled my last time. They arrived on time and gave me some tips to handle problems like this. I did not expect that ADT can be so accommodating and helpful to their customers. more

These guys are great to work with. We met Keith the sales rep at the Home and Garden show. We were having problems with the security system company we have had for the last 12 years and stopped by the California Security Pro's booth. Keith showed us the newer systems and explained how it worked and the cost. more

They also monitor over 200 airports, many goverment institutes including the Federal Marshals and has recently made a deal with ALL federal judges (most judges make good decisions that's what they get paid for). I don't work for ADT, I just do alot of research and not look at a few bad instances in which some are waaaay out there. I have been a customer for over 10 years and when it comes to protecting my family I only want the best and nothing more, they are #1 for a reason. more

Immediately after the Installation the sales rep miscommunicated the contract details. The company told me that there is no Contract as such but the rep told me that I am under a 3 year contract.. The sevice is just very low and bad people. Do not waste you money with ADT. more

Sometimes, its too difficult to say that a company can give us the services they enumerated in their advertisement. But ADT is one of a kind because they are true and sincere in giving the services we need. Also, the company that I used to work with have ADT as protection for burglaries.Because they have proven their effectiveness, I got one for my restaurant! It's really cool! more

We signed up for our ADT service with this number. We highly recommend him. He was on-time, delightful to talk to, understanding, attentive and excellent at his follow-up. Installation was timely, non-invasive and he didn't leave until we were 100% comfortable using our new system. more
