Watch out for hidden charges! 3/7/2012

Took our commander in for work that ADS lead us to believe would be covered by the warranty. When we picked it up, we had to pay full price for all the work done....you think they might have given us a courtesy call asking if we would still like the work done if it wasn't going to be covered...but no. We never gave any authorization for any work to be done that would be outside the warranty work. Manager was unsympathetic and didn't see any problems.....won't be taking our commander back to them for servicing! Pros: null Cons: null more
