I have always been skeptical about who works on my car, but now I wouldn't have to think twice about bringing my car back to Acur-It if another problem ever arose. They do honest work at a great price, real friendly staff too. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I have been taking my car to Acur-it for 8 years and have always been extremely satisfied. I know nothing about cars and the gentlemen at Acur-it have always taken the time to explain what was being done and why. Unlike other places I have been in the past, they have never made me feel ingorant or that I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge about mechanics. I have been taking my car to Acur-It Auto Repair since 2005. I like them because they are honest. They take the time to show you exactly what is wrong with your car. The guys at Acur-it are all very nice. Any time I call with questions, or even just to talk shop, they are always willing to help and offer their knowledge. I would definitely recommend them. more

Take your car to these guys with total confidence. They are 1 of only 2 that I would recommend! They are not cheap, but I know the work is done properly. When I'm crusing at 70 I don't never have to worry that a repair they did for me might not have been completed to the highest standards. They the hows & whys clearly and completely without talking down to me. They look at everthing and occasionally find things I was unaware of. If it doesn't need repair now, but will in the future there is no pressure to fix something that can wait. Their honesty is refreshing. Take your car here once and you won't go anywhere else. I just had my car repaired at Acur-it for the first time, and the experience was nothing less than wonderful. The staff was very friendly, and Laird who was working at the front desk took time to go over everything they were going to do to my car and made sure that I understood (I'm a girl... car stuff can go way over my head). I never felt like they were trying to trick me into paying more for stuff I didn't need. They even talked me out of a few things that I thought may need to be done! I was very pleased with the quality of work, the level of professionalism and the quick turnaround time. I will definitely bring my car here again in the future. more

Acur-It Auto Repair has really good service. They are a very professional and a very thorough shop. They are really, really good, and I would definitely recommend them. Part of being so thorough is being a little pricey. Sometimes I do wonder how necessary and to what extreme their thoroughness is needed, but there is a certain level of comfort that comes along with that. It works for me. I have been going to them for at least 5 years, and I was recommended to them by a friend. The quality of their work is topnotch. You can expect a very thorough review of your vehicle, because they look at everything regardless of what you take it in there for. They also remind me when I need something or when it is time for a service. I trust them, and I haven't found anyone better. more

Good location, professional easy going staff, billing statement easy to read and understand unlike the dealership, clean shop, and nice waiting room with coffee and wifi. I always recommend Acur-It Auto Repair. I have been taking my car there since 2002. In fact, I take all my cars there. I feel like they are all such highly intellectual human beings, and they make me feel really comfortable. From the office staff to the mechanics, they all know me and my family, and they know their stuff. They are really, really smart! I don't know how I first found them, but I knew they were good, honest people right away. I have never felt pressured about anything. They go above and beyond to assure the overall experience. They have also worked on my sister's car, and they went above and beyond to help her as well. When they were done with the work they had quoted, they fixed her flat tire and replaced the spare and didn't even charge. Acur-It Auto Repair sticks to their estimates. If they say the work will take 6 hours, and they work for 10, they stick to it, and never try to sell me anything I haven't asked for. They are awesome, and I recommend them to everyone. Overall, I feel like I've gotten every penny of service, if not more. I love them, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Because of them, I don't want any car but my Honda. more

Acur-It Auto Repair has been taking care of our cars for quite awhile, 8-10 years, and they have kept our very old Honda up, running and in good condition. I have been very pleased with that. Whenever an issue has come up with a car they handle it well and make sure we are pleased. If any piece of the issue is their part, they take care of it without any hassle. I have been very pleased with how willing they are to work with us on our car's issues. Of all the places we have gone, I feel they are upfront and honest with me about what is going on and what we need to do for the situation on the car. They don't put any guesswork into it. more
