I used ACR Limousine Service for my wedding day transportation. I paid for three hours, and they showed up TWO hours late. As time continued passing, we called the company and were told he would be right there. After it didn't show up, we called again and were told that they were sending one up from Boston and it will be there as soon as it could. After waiting for hours, we had the limo for only an hour. Afterwards, I called the company to get refunded for the two hours that we didn't have the limo and instead sat in the house waiting to go take pictures and get up to the wedding. The owner explained that the original broke down and he had to send another limo. I said that I understand things happen, but I shouldn't pay for time we didn't get to use the limo. Instead of being understanding and trying to work with me, he argued that it wasn't his fault, he was doing ME a favor (which I still don't get), and he can't give me a refund. I tried to explain that it also wasn't my fault, and I paid for three hours but only had the limo for one. He continued arguing with me, making up other stories. I said that all 10 of us who took the limo could speak to him and tell him the same story. We went back and forth for quite a long time, when finally he seemed to get fed up and agreed to send me a check for my time lost with the limo. However, I never received any refund from them, and more so, the company never answered another phone call I made to check on the money. To this day, I have never received my money back. This company and the owners are such a disappointment and frustration.
