a/c warehouse installed a 3 ton rheem in my 1100 sq ft mobile home sept 2015. unit was too large for house. generated bad smell, doubled elect bills monthly. inflated the retail price of new unit. kept all of my 800.00 rebate. parted out the older unit for parts for profit. later I found out from one of their own techs the unit they removed from my property was not that old and repairable. in oct 2017 new unit caught fire, filled my house chest deep in smoke. when they were called same morning to come here I was hit with threats of canceling my warranty, excuses on why the situation was my fault, exhorbant charges and told when you have money call us back. I am handicapped senior now forced for more than 30 days to live in one room of my home with no heat or air. during the hot oct days the mobile home floors softened due to no ventilation and the carpet has mildewed. the a/c unit was declared unsafe by fire department. a/c warehouse has done nothing. no repairs. guard your wallet. th more

A/C WAREHOUSE LEFT HANDICAPED SENIOR WITH FIRE DAMAGED HOME. INSTALLED UNIT TOO LARGE FOR 1100 SQ FT MOBILE HOME. DOUBLED ELECT BILLS. KEPT MY 800.00 REBATE. TOOK A REPAIRABLE UNIT OFF MY PROPERTY WITH THE DISCEPTION I NEEDED A NEW ONE. PARTED THE OLDER UNIT OUT FOR PROFIT. WHEN NOTIFIED OF FIRE PRICE GOUGED ME FOR HIGH FEES AND THREATENED TO CANCEL MY WARRANTY. I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO LIVE IN ONE ROOM OF HOUSE WITH NO HEAT AND AIR MORE THAN A MONTH. TO THIS DAY THEY STILL HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO REPAIR. THEY HAVE TOLD ME TO CALL THEM BACK WHEN I HAVE MONEY. GUARD YOUR WALLET. THE 10 YR WARRANTIES AT NO ADDITIONAL COST THEY HAVE SATURATED THE TAMPA BAY AIR WAYS WAIT UNTIL YOU TRY TO USE IT. THE HOT WEATHER WITHOUT AIR CURCULATION IN MY HOME HAS SOFTENED THE MOBILE HOME FLOORS AND MILDEWED THE CARPET. INSTEAD OF REPAIRING THEY SENT ONE TECH HERE AFTER A MONTH DELAY TO TAKE PICS OF DAMAGES AND SENT THEM TO THE STATE TO DEFEND THEIR OWNER'S CONTRACTOR LICENSE. THEY FIXED NOTHING. I AM LEFT WITH A 5100.00 FINANCED BALANCE AND NO WORKABLE UNIT, A UNIT DECLARED UNSAFE BY THE LOCAL FIRE DEPT. more

These guys are great. Garth came out on a Saturday night at 6pm and found our compressor dead. He did not try to price gouge us or pressure us in any way. He gave us several options from replacing the compressor to replacing the entire system. After Garth advised us about the refrigerant changes and how costly the compressor would be we opted for a new system. Being Saturday night at 8pm we thought hotel room or just being miserable until Monday but Garth came to the rescue again and had a used unit put in outside by 9pm that same night without charging us a penny. I have never been so surprised or pleased with a company as at that time. The used unit held us over perfectly until Monday morning when the install crew showed up right on time. Now being a curious person I called a few friends that I knew that have had AC systems replaced by other companies and not only paid more than we were charged but had to wait up to 4 days without AC. Not gonna happen on Garth's watch. Great employee,great company. Will recommend them to anyone smart enough to ask me. more

Timely and Fair!! The fact that this company has an answering service speaks for it's incredible customer service standards. Their technicians arrive promptly to assess and repair problems without price gouging the customer. This company will also work all it's resources to try and get you qualified for financing when needed. I have recommended them to all my coworkers and friends upon which all were pleased and impressed as well with their dedication to a quality and efficient job! more

Many thanks to Bruce and John for needed repairs this week. With limited time, they worked with my schedule to accomodate. The office always called to confirm arrival and John was there promptly, was knowledgable, professional, and efficient, and the prices were very fair. I have used AC Warehouse for several years and they even will service on Saturdays at no extra charge. Keep up the great work! more

Bryant heat pump compressor went out. The last tech from A/C Warehouse did not put the compressor block plug on correctly after working on it. When switched to heat recently, found that the start winding pin was burnt and lodged inside of the compressor connector block/plug. Called A/C Warehouse since the compressor has 10 yr. warranty and they wanted to charge $1,035.00 to come out and take care of a job that would take less then an hour. I think they just don't want to go through the process of filing a warranty claim with Bryant so they upped the price to get me to go someplace else, or hope I'd purchase a new system from them, which will NEVER happen! more

The service was very prompt and the system was not repairable and my house was 49 degrees inside and they brought me a portable heater replaced my system that evening. thats less than a day without heat it was going take longer for the other two companys to even get there . I have a 14 month old son and a 3 year old daughter they showed they cared. more

AC Warehouse has redone my new system to a first class condition. It took a few tries, but the owners of the company stuck with it to make things better than expected. I have NEVER had any company go to such great expense and trouble to satisfy me or to my knowledge have I seen anyone ever get such good customer service. It could have been faster. I had AC out to look at and quote installing new duct work, that had been ruined by vermin. The person who looked at the job discussed with his boss that there was remnants of the infestation and perhaps it was not a job they wished to tackle. Instead of notifying me, they left me hanging. I contacted them again, spoke to Kevin, one of the bosses. We discussed what was going on. I agreed to look into having the place professionally cleaned and made safer for them to work in. They were supposed to run a credit application for me to make sure I would qualify for financing. 5 days later, no call from them. Very poor follow through. I will not call them again, I am going elsewhere, which is what they want, apparently. However I am publishing this review to warn others and I will tell anyone I know that this is not a reliable company. Cons: They don't follow through more

I called AC Warehouse after I saw one of their trucks drive by me on the day my AC went down. I called them and I'm glad I did! What wonderful people work there! From the lady who answers the phone to the technicians who gave me advice. The tech who came to my house was courteous and professional! I will recommend them to our friends/coworkers and will use them again in the future! more

I called A/C Warehouse for a second opinion on a repair behind another company, my neighbor who uses A/C Warehouse highly recommended them too me, there price for the repair was about $400.00 lower than the first company that I had out. I decided to replace my unit instead of fixing it, I got a total of 4 quotes from different companies and the best value for the money was A/C Warehouse.\r I had them install a new system, the installers were professional,courteous,and explained to me how to operate the new system, the install was top notch, the county inspector even complemented on how good the install looked. I didnt use this company but I know a lot of the people who work there. They are all first class and great workers. Anyone who came here would get served with first class service. They are so friendly and helpful. I know anyone would be more than happy with the service they received here. more
