Excellent servie from AC Pros 11/12/2018

Misty answered the phone on the first ring. When I gave her my name, she immediately pulled up my info. She set an appointment for that day between 1 and 3PM. Shortly before 1PM, Victor called to let me know he was on the way!!! When he arrived, I started explaining that my heater was not coming on, and it was cold inside the house. Victor noticed immediately that somehow my system was set on a/c, so it could not switch over to heat. He showed me how to look for this problem and correct it if this happens again! I am so grateful that AC Pros continues to make me a happy customer....even after 15+ years! more

EXCELLENT SERVICE 11/2/2018

Everyone I have contacted at AC Pros has been excellent. Joel just completed our furnace checkup. He was on time, professional and friendly. I purchased my air conditioning/heating from AC Pros about 10 years ago and they are the only company that I have used to provide the service. Very Trustworthy, Reliable, and Dependable. AC Installation 6/11/2018

Osvaldo, Isidro, and Ray did an outstanding job installing our new AC/Furnace. They arrived promptly in the morning and were done by the end of the day. They cleaned up when the job was done and Ray assisted with setting up the thermostat with a quick overview using Nexia. We could not have asked for a better experience. It was also nice working with Russ Teager who helped explain the different AC options before we made the selection that worked for us. Thank you AC Pros! more
