Great people, great service 7/27/2020

I am so happy to have AC care for my very important AC service and maintenance. They installed my complete system 3 years ago and have maintained it perfectly since then. This year, I had a small issue late at night and thought I would have to wait until morning but, no....my technician came in the dark and worked by flashlight to get me up and running. Everyone is very courteous and professional. I am a happy client. Thank you! more

Very good experience 7/9/2019

Have had several problems with 1+ year old Nutone AC that was here when we moved in. Quit once on a Sunday afternoon and Dave was out and got us cooling again the same day. He found a Freon leak and got us scheduled for repair. The day before that appt. the unit quit working again. Chuck came out that same afternoon and got us cooling again. Dave came back today and made all the necessary repairs and got the unit running well again. I also want to commend Laura in the office as she has been courteous, helpful and easy to work with during this situation. Dave, Chuck and Laura are to be commended for their excellent customer service. more

Parts pricing 6/19/2018

Had a late Saturday service call. Was charged 20 times what the part was worth and was at their mercy. My last time using them more

Excellent Company 1/4/2018

Brittney and Niki were very helpful in getting me connected to the great service Robert provided. We were without heat on the coldest night of the year and Robert came out and fixed our problem just before midnight. They really seem to care about the customer! My two young kids would have had problems getting any sleep with how cold it was until Robert fixed the problem! more

Punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service/maintenance. Would definitely recommend the company, but would like to see the day that they offer maintenance contracts. I'll sign on as soon as they do. more
