ABS Heating & Cooling LLC

My furnace stopped working and my home warranty company sends a guy out. He needs to order a part. Days later he schedules to install the part. Ordered the wrong part. Two weeks later they schedule to install the part. Ordered the wrong part again. Fially get the right part and install it. One week later the furnace stops working again. Call the home warranty company and the guy talks me into using ABS again. Make an appointment for 12:30. Call the company and politely ask what the status is and woman yells at me that the guy came at 12:30 and nobody answered the door. I explain that I was here and was even periodically checking out the window for the truck but she wonuldn't pause in her rant and finally I asked to speak to someone else and she practically laughed and shouted ""There is no one else here!"" I hung up and called the home warranty company again. more

This company is a family owned business. They offer fast and efficient services. I have been impressed with the knowledge of their technicians. They always arrive in a timely manner. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. They offer the best value for the price. My overall experience with this company has been exceptional. more

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had and it only cost me $300. When they came my furnace didn't work, when they left my furnace didn't work - or should I say ""all 4 times they left"". They couldn't fix my furnace but had no problem taking my money!\r Before you throw your money away, you may want to check the BBB rating on this company. It's an F!\r The way they responded to my problem was unprofessional and apparently undefendable to the BBB. If you think of calling these people, why not just send me your money? I will at least appreciate it! more
