While I no longer have pets, I patronized ABC Vets in San Marcos for a number of years and saw several different vets. In that time, I found only one whom I felt had an attitude of perhaps not caring, or perhaps burned out? That vet eventually left. \r

Towards the later years of my cat's life I saw Dr. Martin and found him absolutely wonderful! He gave me both minimal conservative approaches and more extensive (and expensive) approaches for care for my cat; the decision was ultimately up to me, as it would be, I feel, for any owner. He was willing to spend time explaining things, more than once, and taking a good history. I also saw a woman vet whom I believe was Dr. Martin's wife (?) and she was absolutely wonderful. I'm sure over the years I also saw Dr. Neichen at times and I had no qualms.\r
