ABC Quality Moving

Movers were supposed to be here yesterday at 9 am and never showed. I called and left messages at all 3 extensions and emailed 2 different relocation specialists. never heard back. It's now monday night and i still have yet to hear from them. the supervisor's voicemail box is conveniently FULL so I can't leave a message there. Our week is totally f*d up now. We were supposed to be out of this house today...now we need an extension from our landlord. I just booked with another company who can't get here till Thursday at the soonest. Since I can't get anyone to return my call I just called my cc company to dispute the $250 deposit they charged me on 11/2. Save yourself the hassle....don't use this company. Oh and the new company i'm using told me that these guys have an "F" rating with the BBB. Wish I knew that a couple a weeks ago. more

I hired ABC Movers for a cross-country move. They guaranteed that my things would arrive Aug. 1. It is Aug. 23 and I do not have my things. Most imporantly, they rarely answer the phone and can never give me a straight answer on where my things are or approximately when they'll arrive. They also lied about the weight of my things. I had everything independently weighed twice, and ABC is claiming that my things are almost 1,000 more pounds. Frankly, I'm concerned I fell victim to a scam. Save yourself the hours waiting on the phone and the uncertainty of where your things are and go with another mover! more

I'm sending this message to you after two of your colleagues, just delivered a Baby Grand piano to my home. I was very impressed with their professionalism, demeanor, the way they handled our property, and their efficiency. This was our second time doing business with your company, and it was again a very good experience. I booked ABC Quality Moving at short notice (two days before my move). They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were polite and their pricing was transparent. Velocity's movers took excellent care of my furniture: everything arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use Velocity again, and will happily recommend them to my friends. more

ABC Quality Moving was great from start to finish. Everyone was professional and helpful. The movers showed up early and moved everything quickly. Every item of furniture was wrapped in padded blankets and plastic, totally protected. Fragile pieces such as a large mirror were put into a carton. All the items were listed and numbered on an inventory list which made it very easy to know where each item went when unloading. The movers arrived at our apartment on a hot afternoon. The foreman had a smile on his face and was so helpful figuring out to get large pieces of furniture into a small bedroom...and he made it work. Best of all was the price. I was shocked how inexpensive the move was. I highly recommend them. more

ABC Quality Moving were punctual, considerate and very cautious in handling our furniture. They had to deliver my baby grand piano to the second level of our home and they planned and executed this tough task with great professionalism and calm. They came prepared with a piano board, they knew to take the legs off before moving it and they places it safely in my upper living area with great care. Everything was in place by the end of the day, with only my boxes waiting for me neatly in the appropriate rooms. I finished unpacking the last of the boxes a few weeks ago and everything was in perfect condition. more

ABC Quality Moving is very courteous and professional. I've moved several times and this was the best move by far. I recommend them in every way - they are on top of the job and really lovely people, which does make a difference. All my stuff arrived in good condition and it was a pleasure working with them .
