I can't say enough about ABC, I had an emergency backup and within an hour they were out and saved me from a sewage disaster. I have a new baby in the house so this was really important to me more

Greg exceeded my expectations. He was courteous, friendly and most of all knew what he was doing. He unclogged my drain in short order and cleaned the work area when he was finished. I was pleased that someone from ABC was able to come out within hours of my call, since I was unable to use any of my plumbing. more

I was very happy with their installation of my new furnace. I was really nervous about the installation but I had nothing to worry about. The men were very through and did an excellent job. I will call them anytime I need service more

Not Sure why others rated the way they did! I have ALWAYS had positive experiences with ABC. I noticed there are 2 listings for them (check out the one with A ABC which has 2 great ratings as well). They are both the same company. ABC is always professional, works around my schedule and provides me with great service. The technicians are clean, efficient, and NEVER pushy! I am sure everyone has had a negative service experience with unprofessional companies or shoddy work. ABC is NOT one of those companies. They stand behind the work they perform and do a quality job. I have and will continue to recommend ABC to everyone I know. For those who had a negative experience I would suggest calling as I know they are very big on customer service. They even follow up with me after work is performed to make sure I was satisfied which I always am! more

Buyer Beware! 10/22/2010

I called ABC Plumbing to repair a small leak located at a ""tee"". To cut our the pipe and replace it they quoted $799. I asked how long it would take and he said about two hours. Knowing this was outrageous I declined service and they charged me $59 (of which they failed to mention when I booked the appt.)\r I called two licensed polumbers and each quoted me around $150 to complete this job. I called ABC and advised them they were 4x higher and they defended their quote stating they were more ""thorough"" than everyone else. I asked them to refund the $59 service fee as why should I pay to receive an exorbitant quote, and they refused. more
