Excellent Job! 4/20/2011

From start to finish, a good experience! Bob came to our house within 2 hours of our call. We needed a new airconditioner and furnace. We had already had estimates, and were not pleased at all with the outright lies we were told by the other companies. (from ""you have to buy both a furnace AND air conditioner to get the rebate to ""we are giving you a free 550 dollar air cleaner""--it was a Carrier promotion--he wasn't 'giving' us anything) Bob was straightforward, treated both my husband and me with respect , and answered all our questions fully. The service is second to none--prompt, clean, professional and efficient. In addition, he quoted us 175-250 dollars LOWER than the other estimates for a HIGHER SEER unit and better warranties and future service. After a Friday late afternoon estimate, they were able to schedule and installation for Monday. Would have given them 5 stars, but they had to get the permit after they got to my house. Other than that, a very pleasant and moneysaving experience! Will did an excellent job! more

I had a plumbing problem come up in my house and contacted some plumbers from Yellowpages. in the end I decided on ABC Plumbing and was very happy with their professional service, the timeliness of their response, and their pricing. Overall I am very happy with my experience and would recommend their services to others. more

Excellent Service 4/5/2011

ABC is always professional, works around my schedule and provides me with great service. The technicians are clean, efficient, and NEVER pushy! I am sure everyone has had a negative service experience with unprofessional companies or shoddy work. ABC is NOT one of those companies. They stand behind the work they perform and do a quality job. I have and will continue to recommend ABC to everyone I know. For those who had a negative experience I would suggest calling as I know they are very big on customer service. They even follow up with me after work is performed to make sure I was satisfied which I always am! more

Friendly and helpful 3/25/2011

These guys have come to my home several times in the past month due to some plumbing and heating issues in our home. Each time they come, the guys are so friendly and helpful. They are honest and service is quick and reliable. The assessment fee pays for itself. If you are in the neighborhood, I think you should invest in their services. more

We had a sewer backup problem last week that required major repair work and took two long days to fix. I would like to commend Dan and Paul, a newcomer to your staff, for outstanding, quality work. Both men are hard working, congenial and considerate. Your men coordinated extremely well with the Village of Schaumburg, who had to be involved from start to finish. Not only did they do their jobs, but were also courteous to all of us, including our curious neighbors, who had lots of questions. My thanks again to them and I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone in the future. more

First impressions are very important in all types of situations. In this case, it was huge and very positive. We were concerned about the severity of our plumbing problem and the cost. Dan?s appearance and detailed explanation were very professional. He carefully explained what he was going to do and the cost.
