ABC 123 Pediatric Dentistry

I despised taking my son to ABC123 Pediatric Dentistry. Monica (Dr. Diaz's) hygienist is super nice and very kind. She's the one shining light in this awful place. The front office staff is extremely rude, unkind and not genuine at all. Dr. Diaz is also rude. My son hates going here and screams the entire time. Fortunately we moved out of the Pearland area, so we won't be going to ABC123 anymore. My advice, find somewhere else to take your children... anywhere else. more

The staffs are not genuine and made my children very uneasy. Dr. Diaz is very direct and rude when she answer you. It is all about making $$$ for her that is how I feels. I used to like this place but not anymore. Until I feels a bad vibes at this ABC dentist place. I will never take my children here again. more

I take my three year old there and we have been going there ever since he was one. They have lots patiences with him and are very kid friendly. They try to calm his fears. Wonderful place to take your kids! Would recommend this place! \r Betsy Garza more

My kids are all smiles when they leave this dentist office! ;) Seriously though, my older son had a bad experience at another pediatric dentist's office years ago. He was terrified to go to Dr. Diaz's, but once he was there, saw the great movie they had on, put on the awesome sunglasses they gave him so he could relax and watch the movie (while they worked on this teeth, but he didn't notice. He was into the movie!!), healthy teeth became something attainable in our family again!! The staff is friendly, patient and understanding (about anxious kids). Plus, they have coffee (Keurig, so you can pick your poison!) for waiting moms and dads. Now, we're ALL excited to see Dr. Diaz every 6 months!! :) more

I love Dr. Diaz and staff. Dr. Diaz is very thoroughly and genuinely concerned about my children's teeth. Her staff is very friendly and put the kids at ease when they are there for cleanings. I've been going to dr. Diaz for about 3 yrs now, I totally recommend ABC123 Pediatric Dentistry to any parent. more

I love this place! I have been taking my son there for at least 3 years. The office is very clean and decorated with very festive decor. While in the waiting room there are books for adults and children to read and toys for the kids to play with. They always have a children's movie playing on the flat screen television which casts in all their patient rooms. The personnel are very sweet and comforting to my son which has kept me as a returning client. Each patient room has its' own color decor with a television over the patient seat/bed which can keep the child occupied while work is being done on them. The child gets sunglasses to help with the bright light the dentist uses to see the childs teeth. On another note, they are involved in the community. I saw that they had sponsored a baseball league that I am part of which is not cheap and that is great to see that there are businesses that still sponsor in these economic times. my 8 year old had a bad experience at a former dentist and was terrified of going to the dentist. After being recommended by a friend i took my son to ABC 123 and he actually looks forward to the visit. The staff is kind, helpful, and overall awesome. Dr. Diaz really cares about her patients and makes them feel calm. She talks to them, and explains every next step to them. The place is clean and very kid friendly. Everything from the color on the walls, choice in furniture, and cartoons playing on the tvs is definitely putting the childrens interest at heart. The wait is sometime not what I would want, but my 2 year old has been going since 6 months and he never freaks out because the staff is very friendly with him and the tv's over the beds and toys in the waiting room make for a fun experience for him. The staff will take their time with the kiddo if they are unsure about what is going on. more
