After getting bids from 3 Trane dealers, I selected A-Action Heating and Cooling. Not only did they have the lowest\r price but they were also highly recommending by a neighbor. more

A-Action is top notch and no-nonsense. They were professional, prompt, courteous and tidy with their work. Not much\r more needs said when it's that good!\r I had a Carrier dealer also quote the job. They just tried too hard to win me over to the point of being annoying when\r they found out I selected the Trane system. FYI, their quote was about $500 higher for a similarly specified system,\r but it wasn't price alone that drove the decision.\r I later found out our next-door neighbor also has a Trane A/C. more

I would NOT recommend this heating company for any repair or any kind of replacement. I had a terrible experience with this company. They are irresponsible, expensive, & most importantly very rude. I was VERY dissatisfied. more

heating 11/13/2008

I could no longer buy parts to repair my furnace and with a new child in my home in the middle of winter, they were able to get me a new furnace and install it the very next day. Very friendly and helpful and the cost was reasonable and I would certainly recommend them. more

What a fabulous company! 2/13/2008

I hired this company to install a furance for me and was absolutely thrilled with their service every step of the way. They took the time with me that I needed to make the best decision, not just to make them the most money. The install crew, office staff, and sales team were all very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definately recommend A-Action to anyone looking for heating or air conditioning. more
